April 12th marks the return of the ice cream maker’s Free Cone Day, where anyone can pop in store for a free cone of ice cream.
There’s no password, no special tricks, and no social media faff. Just go into your nearest Ben & Jerry’s store (use this handy store locator here) and be treated to a free cone of whatever ice cream you choose.
Free Cone Day is Ben & Jerry’s way of saying thanks to all of its customers that helped keep the store afloat when it opened its first shop Burlington, Vermont, USA back in 1979.
