Star of Below Deck Mediterranean, Nathan Gallagher, is wanted on an arrest warrant in Australia while police has warned the public “not to approach him”.
The arrest warrant for the reality star was issued as he allegedly missed a court hearing for assault charges.
Gallagher, 28, had a mugshot of himself shared by New South Wales Police as they announced on social media that a warrant had been issued for him.

Police wrote: “Have you seen Nathan Gallagher? A warrant has been issued for the 28-year-old’s arrest”, as they shared a mugshot of him.
Police said: “He is known to frequent the Ermington and Melrose Park areas, and is believed to be offshore.”
“Anyone with information into his whereabouts is urged not to approach him, but to call Triple Zero (000) immediately.”
The warrant was issued as he failed to appear in court on Tuesday (1 September) relating to his domestic violence charges.
The Below Deck star was arrested on 27 December for allegedly assaulting a 29-year-old woman.
The incident is reported to have occurred on Boxing Day in Sydney.
News.co.au reported that Gallagher was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, choking without consent and common assault.
The reality star was released on conditional bail after he pleaded not guilty.
Just last month, he broke his silence about his arrest in a statement made for Rolling Stone.
“I don’t believe the public has heard the full story surrounding what happened”, he told the magazine.
He further added that “what has been publicly reported, however, represents only one side of what was an extremely complicated situation”.
I’m not claiming I was perfect. I wasn’t. I made mistakes and I will take responsibility for my own actions. But I will not accept being portrayed solely through one person’s account of a relationship when there is another side and evidence relating to it”, he continued.
The Daily Mail reported that prosecutors recommend the matter be dealt with under a section of Australia’s Crimes Act that permits a magistrate to issue a warrant from the bench for Gallagher to be brought before the court.
Gallagher is currently starring on season 11 of Below Deck Mediterranean, which was filmed last year before his arrest.
For season 12 of the Bravo reality series filming is currently underway, while Gallagher has been confirmed to not be part of the upcoming season.
