Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate have been released from custody in Romania.
Tate's communication director confirmed the news on Friday evening after a Romanian judge ruled that the pair could be removed from custody and placed under house arrest.
The Tate brothers have been held in custody since December 29th, while the Romanian police investigated accusations of rape, people trafficking and organised crime.
Throughout the investigation, both brothers have vehemently denied the allegations against them, blaming 'The Matrix' for trying to take them down.
Their latest custody period was set to end on April 29th but today's ruling, made by the Court of Appeal in Bucharest, has replaced this, with the pair released with immediate effect.
Two of their associates, Georgiana Naghel and Luana Radu, will also be released following the ruling, with all four ordered to stay in their houses unless granted specific judicial permission to leave.
This is a breaking story. More to follow...
