When selfies go wrong, they can go really wrong.
We’ve all seen the sort where a girl is posing in her living room, but captures grandma sitting on the sofa in the background. Awkward.
But that’s nothing compared to one ISIS fighter in Syria who nipped out to take a cheeky snap of himself.
The chap stuck it up on social media bragging to his friends…only the US military were following him and found the location of his totally top-secret ISIS HQ.
“The guys [are] combing through social media and they see some moron standing at this command,” General Hawk Carlisle said.
“And in some social media, open forum, bragging about the command and control capabilities for [ISIS].
“And these guys go: ‘We got an in.’”
Obviously the US then proceeded to bomb the building off the face of the planet.
He should probably have taken a stealthie.
