Shawn Mendes has announced details of a headline arena tour for 2025 - and this is how to get tickets.

The singer confirmed the live shows after teasing his return to the stage on social media.

He will take the tour to Krakow on 5 August and then head to arenas in Cologne, London, Amsterdam, Zürich, Madrid and Lisbon.

The North American leg of the tour includes shows in Boston, New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles as well as three shows in Canada with dates in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver.

He'll also make a string of festival appearances in Europe with Sunny Hill Festival, Sziget and Frequency Festival in Kosovo, Hungary and Austria.

Mendes will be joined by supporting acts Eddie Benjamin, Maro and Lubiana. "I'm completely in love with all 3 of these humans," he said in an Instagram post announcing the tour.

"So happy and grateful to have them," he added.

The tour will coincide with the 10th anniversary of his debut album, Handwritten and marks his first extensive tour since 2022 after dropping out halfway to focus on his mental health.

He returned to the stage earlier this year for a string of South American festival shows and he said he "had the absolute best time".

"I feel like time away has allowed me to come back and recognize and remember how unbelievably special it is to get to play live shows. It’s an honour and i’m just beyond grateful that you guys keep showing up after 10 years with so much love," he said on social media.
