Kendrick Lamar is going on tour in 2025
If you’re watching the Super Bowl this weekend and catch the half time show, which is headlined by Kendrick Lamar, then you might be wondering if you can see him on tour this year.
The rapper is headlining a stadium tour across the US and Canada following his Super Bowl set.
He’ll be joined by SZA for the run, which is titled the Grand National Tour and stopping off at stadium venues between April and June, 2025.
The tour is set to begin on 19 April in Minneapolis before heading to the likes of Houston, Atlanta, Philadelphoa, Seattle, Las Vegas, Chicago and Detroit.
The pair will also play multiple nights in East Rutherford, Inglewood and Toronto as part of the tour.
Lamar and SZA previously toured together in 2018, for Top Dawg Entertainment’s Championship Tour. That year, they also collaborated on the hit single “All the Stars”.
Other collaborations between the two artists include “Doves in the Wind” from SZA’s debut album Ctrl and “Babylon” from her EP entitled Z.
More recently they teamed up for Kendrick’s sixth studio album, GNX on the tracks, “Luther” and “Gloria”.
Fans can expect to hear their collabs as well as material from their back catalogues during the show, while the Super Bowl performance will give a hint of what to expect as SZA will be joining him at Levi’s Stadium on Sunday (9 February).
