Adam Levine denies cheating on wife and trying to name child after other women

An Instagram model claims otherwise

Maroon 5 star Adam Levine has admitted he "crossed the line" with Instagram model Sumner Stroh, but denies claims they had an affair. The US singer, 43, has faced huge backlash after Stroh released a TikTok video claiming she had been involved with the married dad-of-two for around a year. https://www.instagram.com/p/Chs8ecuJVWN/ The video was released on Monday, just a few days after Levine's wife, Victoria Secret model Behave Prinsloo, announced that the couple are expecting third child together. In her video, Stroh claimed Levine asked her if he could name his child after her. I wasn't in the scene like I am in now so I was definitely very easily manipulated.” But speaking to TMZ, Levine said that, while his conversations with Stroh were sometimes “inappropriate", he denied having an affair. I did not have an affair, nevertheless, I crossed the line during a regrettable period of my life.

 “In certain instances it became inappropriate. I have addressed that and taken proactive steps to remedy this with my family.

“My wife and my family is all I care about in this world. To be this naive and stupid enough to risk the only thing that truly matters to me was the greatest mistake I could ever make. I will never make it again. I take full responsibility. We will get through it and we will get through it together.”

Like it blows my mind.” Another screenshot allegedly showed Levine write: “OK serious question. I’m having another baby and if it’s a boy I really wanna name it Sumner. You okay with that? DEAD serious,” followed by a single shrugging emoji.” [caption id="attachment_359815" align="alignnone" width="2048"] Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo (Image: Getty)[/caption] Stroh claimed said received the message after she had stopped talking to him for “a period of months”. “My morals were unknowingly compromised,” she said, “I was completely manipulated”.

The Instagram model said she would not have exposed the alleged affair, but felt she had not other choice after one of her friends attempted to sell the screenshots to a tabloid. Levine and Prinsloo have been together since 2012, and after a brief split in 2013, they got engaged a couple of months later. They tied the knot in 2014 and have been together ever since - taking care of their kids, aged 4 and 5. JOE has contacted Levine and Stroh's representatives for comment. Related links:
