The band have released a statement.

At least 14 people were injured and hospitalised after a storm knocked over some scaffolding that was at the entrance for an outdoor concert in Oklahoma where the Backstreet Boys and 98 Degrees were set to play. A spokesperson for WinStar World Casino has said that the venue staff had begun evacuating fans after lightning was spotted but about 150 people in line "did not heed staff's warnings." The statement adds: "the storm hit and knocked over the concert trusses with 70-80mile an hour winds and heavy rain. 14 people were treated at the scene and then transported to local hospitals.
