Long-distance relationships are hard.

Even with things like WhatsApp and Skype that let you stay in touch 24/7, there's still no substitute for physically feeling the person beside you. While it's still impossible to just teleport you to the same place as your significant other, scientists are working on what is supposedly the next best thing. Dr Adrian David Cheok and Prof Anton Nijholt are working on an app and phone extension that would allow you to kiss your other half with the magic of technology. While it does seem an odd choice to name it after a former US Secretary of State, it wouldn't be the first time that Henry Kissinger was mistaken for Deep Throat.
