As Tinder matches go, a gold medal-winning Olympic swimmer in the making surely ranks pretty highly.

But for whatever reason, Joseph Schooling just wasn't doing it for @sabwow when he matched her on the dating app just a few months before Rio. This week 21-year-old Schooling made history for his native Singapore by beating hero Michael Phelps in the 100m butterfly race, which means a gold medal will be going back to the island city-state for the first time ever. But for all his talent in the pool, Schooling's Tinder hit rate seems to be far from flawless.
