This couple claim people think they’re the “most beautiful in the UK”

A couple in the UK are claiming that people think they're the most beautiful couple they've ever seen.

Mel Tansley, 21, and James Ferguson, 29, from Essex, met a year and a half ago while doing a shoot in Marbella and knew from that moment they were perfect for each other.

They bonded over their mutual love of vanity which sees them doing everything together, including tanning, plucking their eyebrows, working out seven days a week and whitening their teeth.

Mel told The Daily Mail:

"Both myself and James try and ensure we always look our best when we leave the house.

"We go to the gym every evening, fake tan and whiten our teeth so we are always prepared for shoots and catwalk opportunities.

"James has better eyebrows than me and grooms himself more than I even do.

"We first met when we were both on holiday for a photoshoot and he worked for the same company."

They recently competed in a Mr and Mrs style event which saw them taking home the top prizes and they're looking forward to entering more competitions together in 2017.

Speaking about getting stopped by strangers for being so good looking Mel said, "We receive compliments about our looks from strangers all the time." She also said that some of them say they're "the best looking couple they've ever seen". Catch up with this week's episode of Football Friday Live
