Travelex have produced an International Beer Index for 2017, looking at the average price of beer (measured in half litres) in the 32 countries Brits travel to the most to see which is the cheapest.
Coming out on top is Bulgaria, with the average price of a beer costing a mere 97p. At the bottom of the ranking comes the United Arab Emirates, with a beer costing a staggering £8.81 on average.
To help travellers budget better, Travelex has launched a Spending Calculator tool where users can fill in details about where they want to travel, how many people are going and the activities they want to pursue whilst on holiday. The Travelex Spending Calculator will then reveal a suggested budget for the trip based upon real time cost of living.
