Korben realised a four year dream with his sequined attire

A 16-year-old has gone viral on Twitter after going to school prom in tuxedo ballgown. Korben, who goes to Archbishop Sancroft High School in Harleston, Norfolk, attended his prom in a magnificent red sequined tuxedo ballgown, something he had wanted to do since the age of 12. His mum Nina Green tweeted three pictures of Korben in his fabulous attire, saying that she was "incredibly proud of him for being his true self." She wrote: "At age 12 my son announced he wanted to go to his school prom in a gown. Four years later we made it happen. "I’m so incredibly proud of him for being true to himself & the reception he got from his whole school was incredible. Nina said: "As soon as he got out of the car, everyone just cheered and I was crying, some of the teachers were crying, because he was being who he wanted to be. Korben has performed as drag queen Miss Frou Frou since his early teens, but decided that he wanted to go as himself to the prom, and took inspiration from American actor Billy Porter to put his look together. https://twitter.com/missfroufrou1/status/1542983920970506241 Nina said that she has received an "incredible" response since the tweet, and that one parent had even messaged her asking for advice in supporting her own son who had recently come out as gay.
