Let's just say it straight out, there are some very inconsiderate road users out there and their antics would push the buttons of even the calmest of drivers. We've seen our fair share of bad parking over the last 12 months with a couple of examples below... liffeyparking And this one... badparking3 But when a bin man in China came across a car parked in an area reserved for picking up rubbish, he decided to play a little bit of a prank as seen on Metro. Who can blame him?
