For most people, Saturday morning is spent catching up on a bit of sleep after a tough working week.
The idea of jumping off one of the world's largest buildings probably isn't the way most people would like to kick off their weekend.
However, some Londoners that were up and about early enough this Saturday morning were surprised to see a base jumper leaping from the capital's Shard building.

The identity of the jumper isn't known to the public just yet, but we'd expect the police - who were called to the scene at around 10.15 - to have taken his details.
