Man with ‘world’s smallest penis’ announces enlargement surgery after crowdfunding

The world’s smallest penis guy will have his surgery thanks to financing by crowd donations.

The owner of the alleged “world’s smallest penis”, Michael Phillips, has his big day on August 17 as that’s when he’s finally undergoing his enhancement procedure, that will cost no less than $4,000.

As he spoke to TMZ, the guy with the tiny willy said that in order to increase his girth down there, a doctor in Charlotte will inject his 0.38-inch penis with semi-permanent dermal filler.

While the upcoming operation won’t cure his condition, which is known as that of “micropenis”, Phillips says that it will improve his “daily life”.

According to the 38-year-old, this surgery will also make it possible for him to stop using diapers and regain some “normalcy and comfort”.

And he will now have more than enough to get him across the finish line as he has secured more than $13,500 in donations from boosters on his GoFundMe page.

“I’ve wanted to do this for the longest [time] because everyone knows how horrible being so small can be,” Phillips wrote on social media after he first announced his plans for an enlargement.

Cleveland Clinic defines this unfortunate condition as an “atypically small penis”, which measures 3.67 inches or less.

According to Phillips, his micropenis makes it “extremely difficult” for him to pee without making a mess, which is why he’s used pull-up diapers in the first place.

The poor fellow continued: “The biggest challenges I’ve faced [are] having a sexual relationship and still being a virgin and being able to talk about it openly because of how embarrassing of a topic it is”.
