Being afraid stops us doing lots of things during our lives. It can stop us asking someone out, stop us applying for our dream job, and stop us from having fun.
Fears can be paralysing, and the only way of overcoming them is by actually tackling them head on.
So that is exactly what we did.
Prior to taking part in the Halloween Horror Nights - the world’s premier Halloween event - at Universal Orlando Resort, we set ourselves the task of overcoming five of our fears.
These included performing on stage, needles, rollercoasters, clowns and, well, just about everything.
