BrewDog is giving away 20,000 free beers in London

The craft beer chain launched the promotion on Monday 10 August, handing out cans of its flagship Punk IPA to customers who place a qualifying order.

To claim a free beer, drinkers need to order a takeaway or groceries through Deliveroo, the Mirror reported. Customers will also receive a separate voucher for a free pint to redeem at a BrewDog bar. The offer is only available in London, participants must be over 18 and they have to opt in to receive it.

BrewDog’s Punk IPA carries a 5.4% ABV, with a 440ml can costing £3.70 at Sainsbury’s — making it a decent shout for anyone hunting the best value beer by alcohol percentage.

The brand was founded in Scotland in 2007. The giveaway runs over three weeks, so there is time to grab a can before the taps run dry. With up to 20,000 cans up for grabs in total, drinkers are being encouraged to move quickly before the stock disappears.
