Getting a good night's sleep is important, particularly during the warmers months when many struggle due to the heat and allergies such as hayfever.

Independently tested and approved by the British Allergy Foundation, the site says the anti-allergy duvet is ideal for allergy sufferers, asthmatics and sensitive sleepers.
The duvet is filled with anti-bacterial, and anti-allergy fibres to help prevent the build-up of dust mites, bacteria, and allergens.
This design is said to help to reduce symptoms like sneezing, coughing, itchy eyes, or skin irritation during sleep, giving you a more restful night's sleep.
More than 53,000 shoppers have tried and tested the anti-allergy duvet and pillows, giving them an average rating of 4.6 stars on Amazon.
