The hotel, a take on the Victorian gin palace, is the brainchild of Ged Feltham and Jake Burger, co-founders of Portobello Road Gin. Inside visitors can indulge their love of the juniper-based drink in The Resting Room, where international spirits continue to age barrels suspended above the bar.
Afterwards, drop by the Ginstitute to find out how your top tipple is made, then wander around the museum to take in the full 300-year history behind your G&T and make up a unique blend to take home with you!
Dinner at GinTonica restaurant and bar is guaranteed to delight the senses with extravagantly garnished cocktails served in a traditional Copa de Balón and a menu of tonics to choose from.
