The team over at Clover, a dating app, put together an infographic with data from their user base of more than 3 million people and the interactions between them.
They established which emojis are the best for you to use in the opening message of a conversation in order to get a reply.
For men thinking of writing to a prospective member of the opposite sex, the phallic-shaped aubergine is definitely not the way to go according to the research. But then again, you probably knew that already.
