Vlogger close to victory sip in ‘Bring Back Crystal Pepsi’ campaign

JOE

Don’t you wish your Pepsi was a bit more…see-through? One very enthusiastic man does, and he’s close to getting his wish.

Crystal Pepsi was a short-lived spin-off from the drinks company back in the 90s, but vlogger ‘LA Beast’ has a thirst for the retro beverage that hasn’t been quenched.

He has enlisted the help of his 1.2 million YouTube subscribers to raise thousands for the ‘Bring Back Crystal Pepsi’ campaign, with the money going towards billboards in his home city of Los Angeles.

Now it seems as though he’s close to a breakthrough, with the company writing to him to say: “We definitely hear you and your followers, and we think you’ll all be happy for what’s in store.”

Not content with this development, he has pledged to “Continue to fight relentlessly until each and every single one of you worldwide has a fresh Crystal Pepsi in their hand.”

It’s a truly heartwarming achievement, showing the power that everyday people can wield.

But honestly we’d expect nothing more from a man behind such masterpieces as ‘Can Humans Eat Pencils?’, ‘How to Overcome a Fear of Frogs Using a Flower Pot’, and ‘Science Experiment Involving Cinnamon and Fire Goes Terribly Wrong”.

Godspeed, LA Beast. When the time comes, we’ll raise a glass of Crystal Pepsi to you.
