VIDEO: Motorist filmed driving car with a massive shark strapped to its front

On these shores, it’s not every day that you see a car driving around with a massive shark strapped to its front bumper.

In truth, we suspect it’s not a regular occurrence Down Under either , but given the warmer waters that surround our Australian friends, it’s probably sightly more likely.

Filmed in Perth, Western Australia, a motorist can be seen driving around with what is believed to be a tiger shark tied to the front of their car. The video was posted on Facebook by Julie Wright.

Although it’s undeniably a head-turning sight, the decision could cost the vehicle owner. As pointed out by WAToday, fishing tiger sharks with an interdorsal fin longer than 70cm is banned in this particular region of Western Australia.

And there’s also a fine that amounts to nearly £50 for a obscurring a number plate.
