This might be the most creative marriage proposal we’ve ever seen

If you’re looking for a grandiose way to propose to your significant other there’s no reason to let budget worries stand in your way.

Just because you can’t afford to whisk your girlfriend away to the Alps for the weekend, it doesn’t mean all is lost – all you need is a job in gaming and a creative imagination.

American software company employee Chandler Murch (yup, that’s his name) invited his partner Kelly Totorice to take a virtual reality trip across the mountain range, and there was a surprise waiting at the end of it all.

“…suddenly, a virtual engagement ring started floating my way,” Totorice revealed in a Facebook post.

“Chandler told me to grab it. Then told me to take off my headset, and there he really was, on one knee, with a real ring.”

It’s geeky as hell, but that doesn’t make it any less romantic.
