Having seemingly been devised with the sole intention of maximising scrabble scores in the valleys, the Welsh language is an intimidating one for any non-speaker.

But Channel 4 weatherman Liam Dutton has no problem at all, going out of his way to name-check the town of Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch in his weather report.

Seriously, the name is so long that it builds a bloody bridge between Norwich and Amsterdam…
