Adriana Chechik has broken her back in two places after suffering a freak accident at a foam pit.
The porn star was attending a TwitchCon event in San Diego when she climbed onto the one of two podiums for what looked like a gladiator-style 1v1 battle.
After managing to beat her opponent, she decides to celebrate by jumping into the foam herself.
But it looks like the 30-year-old managed to land on something harder than foam, and quickly yells out that she "can't get up."
An announcer then asks if they can get a medic in to assess her.
Video footage of the incident shows Chechik jump in the air before hopping into the foam pit below.

Later, Adriana confirmed that it wasn't good news.
She wrote on Twitter: "Well, I broke my back in two places and am getting surgery to put a meter rod in for support today. Send your support.

People were quick to send their love and support to Adriana, wishing her well as she begins her recovery from the devastating injury.
Fellow adult film star Brandi Love wrote: "I am still in shock hearing about this. I’m so sorry darlin. You’re in my thoughts & prayers."
Riley Reid added: "Oh my gosh...I’m so sorry to hear that angel!! Send you love and a fast recovery."
Edgar Jimenez, a convention volunteer who worked during the TwitchCon event, witnessed the porn star's injury in real-time.
“She was just doing regular game play, but unfortunately, during her victory dance, she fell and landed, where she was for a good minute or so,” Jimenez explained to

Chechik recently announced
she was quitting the porn industry to explore new career opportunities.
She explained that she feels she has 'no notion of the outside world' and hopes to have left the industry in around a year and a half.
Speaking on the
Holly Randall Unfiltered podcast she said that streaming platform Twitch has been "the best blessing for her."
She explained: "I was craving intellectuality and learning, and I just wasn't getting it. I didn't have any notion of the outside world.
"The experiences and conversations on [Twitch] have made me realise, 'you're more than just how you've fetishised yourself,' because I fetishised myself; it also gave me the understanding that I am more than this."
