Pepsi are making their first ever smartphone

With Android's operating systems taking names like 'Jelly Bean'  and 'KitKat', it was only a matter of time until a soft drinks company wanted some of that sweet, sweet sugar.

But rather than targeting the OS, Pepsi are trying to make their own phone. According to the Mobipicker smartphone blog, the phone (whose working title is Pepsi P1) will launch this year in China and cost 1,299 Chinese Yuan (around £130).
