She wasn’t lovin’ it
A man prompted a furious reaction after getting down on one knee in a McDonald’s in West London.
A video posted on TikTok has divided responses after a loved-up Casanova made a big proposal in the home of the Big Mac.
His girlfriend was clearly irked by the gesture, and let her feelings known in the middle of the fast-food joint.
With her man on one knee, she started yelling:
“What are you doing? For five years and you propose in McDonald’s? McDonald’s? Are you mad?”
The woman appears to hit the ring away and adds: “Five years. Is that how much I mean to you?”

In the video, which has 5.4 million views and more than 650,000 likes, the woman walks away from her boyfriend who, at this point, has his head in his hands.
But he got some support from onlookers, with one heard saying: “It’s the thought that counts at the end of the day, do you know what I mean?”
It was later revealed that the video was a prank, although the man’s girlfriend wasn’t in on the joke.
He can be seen running after her shortly after to explain.
But it might take some time to recover from his big McNo.

Earlier this year a man in South Africa tried a similar trick – and was brutally rejected too.
A man can be seen in the viral video holding out a ring box while the woman being proposed to places her order at the fast-food chain’s Sandton branch in Johannesburg.
The woman can be seen chatting with a McDonald’s employee before looking back and shaking her head sideways at the man.
The crowd at the restaurant can be heard cheering in the background.
But things take a turn for the worse as the woman exchanges inaudible words with the man and then storms out of the restaurant.
The man gets up, collects food from the counter and leaves as well.
