Heartwarming moment Wimbledon match halted as Brit star rushes to ill ball boy - gives him Percy Pigs
Wimbledon took a tender turn on Monday, when Jodie Burrage rushed to the aid of a ball ball who had fallen ill courtside armed with a packet of Percy Pigs.
The 23-year-old British hopeful was playing Ukrainian opponent Lesia Tsurenko when she spotted the young boy looking unwell.
Video of the moment shows Tsurenko fetch the boy a sports drinks as well as the sweets to help perk him up, but also stay with him to ensure he was escorted off the court to get medical attention.

Burrage, originally from Kingston upon Thames, ultimately went on to be knocked out of the opening round in straight sets (6-2 6-3) but was, thankfully, still able to make an impact at the tournament by helping the youngster.
You can see the exact moment she spots the ball boy is looking worse for wear and doesn't hesitate to get the attention of the officials on court 18 in the video below.
Many viewers were disappointed with how long it took for the boy to get medical attention, with Burrage seemingly the first to suss something was wrong and then having to wait with him for some time before he was escorted from the court.
Given the choice to provide him with a sugary drink and snack, several viewers on Twitter guessed that the boy may have been diabetic and his sudden illness may have been an instance of low blood sugar.
Nevertheless, those watching from home were relieved to see the situation resolved - and in, perhaps, "the most British" way possible, as many remarked.
I'm sorry, @Wimbledon wtf is going on. Get a MEDIC on that court for the ball boy. You have a professional player giving him Peppa pigs to help him. Disgraceful.

It’s embarrassing that a ball boy can wait for so long for treatment from a first aider @Wimbledon whilst the umpire & player try to deal with the situation. Shocking standards & a bad look on national tv. #Wimbledon
