This idiot was caught on police camera speeding away from the authorities, and not only that but he was texting away during the high-speed chase in Martin County, Florida.
He first took one hand off the controls of his vehicle to tap out a message on his phone, before removing both hands to complete his message.
Thankfully, the cops managed to stop him before he hurt either himself or innocent motorists…
