DOG ON THE TELLY. THERE’S A DOG ON THE TELLY.

It’s always a good day when there’s a dog on the telly, even when they’re not supposed to be on the telly.

Anchor Linarte was given quite a shock when a black labrador suddenly appeared on air, interrupting her news broadcast on channel Mir24.

Speaking in Russian, the host said, “I’ve got a dog here. What is this dog doing in the studio?” She then commented, “I actually prefer cats.”

The dog, whose name is yet unknown, was having an absolute whale of a time and being an extremely good dog, putting its paws on the desk and having a good look around at whatever silly thing the humans had going on.

According to the station, the dog was appearing on a different show and got loose, deciding that light entertainment wasn’t for it and that it fancied a crack at doing the news.

Good dog.
