McDonald’s are testing out bacon and cheese fries because there is a God

We need this

Paul Moore

We need this.

Do you want to know what makes everything better? Cheese.

Messed up that dinner you were cooking? Throw some cheese on it. Problems at work? Grab some cheese and eat those issues away. Your partner annoying you at home? Sneak off with a gigantic wheel of cheese and cheat on them in the best way possible.

Basically, cheese rules all.

This being said, in the sumptuous food pyramid of drooling delights, there’s only one meat that can top cheese and brie the best (see what we did there?)

What is it? Well, it’s an undeniable fact that bacon is a gift from God.

Actually, bacon after a few drinks is like a meal that’s cooked by the gods.

How can these two get any better? Well, we surely don’t need to tell you just how good bacon and cheese chips are.

According to Foodbeast, there is a God and he has a direct line to the McDonald’s executives because they’ve launched bacon and cheese fries baskets at certain locations in the US.

Those in the US like to call them ‘loaded bacon and cheese fries’ – will they ever learn? – but these badboys are made for two people to eat and they’re very cheap.

We really hope that these salty fries with a cheddar cheese sauce and applewood smoked bacon make their way over to the UK.

With this in mind, given that McDonald’s tend to roll out any successful products/initiatives that they test, we’ve a good feeling that these could be making their way across the Atlantic.

We’re already queuing up.
