We've got Robot Wars back, everyone's gone late 90s-style crazy for Pokemon - a Fresh Prince return was surely too good to be true.
Yep, sounds like it. Smith was questioned on matter while on promotional duties for Suicide Squad in the US, and let's just say he isn't excitedly lining it up as his next project.
Speaking to Entertainment Online alongside co-star Margot Robbie, Smith said: "I don't think ever, like pretty close to when hell freezes over. Like we're going to leave that one alone."
It was TVLine that ran the exclusive on the supposed reboot last year, claiming the show would 'put a new spin on the fish-out-of-water tale while maintaining the spirit of Fresh Prince'.
Of course, there's every chance Will Smith is working on a sitcom that takes inspiration from the one that made him such a household name. It's a pretty good platform to work off. Just don't expect to be heading back to Bel-Air anytime soon.
It would have been rubbish anyway.
