Kelsey Parker, widow of The Wanted singer Tom Parker, has revealed she's expecting a baby with her new boyfriend Will Lindsay.
The 34-year-old announced the happy news on Saturday by doing a photoshoot at her home with OK magazine.
Parker shared a video message with fans on Instagram, telling them: "I love my children – they’ve got me through the worst times. So I feel like I’ve been blessed with another."
Tom passed away in March 2022 from brain cancer aged 33. The pair had two children together, Aurelia, who is now five, and Bodhi, four.
Kelsey started dating 27-year-old Will last year. The qualified tree surgeon told OK that he now lives in the home Kelsey once shared with Tom and the kids, remarking how he 'gradually moved in' when the time 'felt right'.
"I want to help as much as possible and be involved," he said. "I take Bodhi to football or to the park on the weekend, and we love that.
"Kelsey has two beautiful kids and I'm so fortunate they're both in my life now. It's all just been quite natural fitting in – nothing has felt forced, or rushed."
The couple stated that they didn't have a preference about the baby's sex and were currently 'undecided' about whether they wanted to know the news in advance - which is waiting for them on an email.
Referencing her late husband, Kelsey said: "Will once said he never wants me to not talk about Tom. He talks about him and loves hearing stories about him.
"There's a massive framed picture of Tom upstairs," she continued. "He walked past it once, smiled at me and went, 'Oh, he's handsome though, isn't he?!"
Speaking about her baby news in an interview with The Mirror, Kelsey explained: "Tom and I always said we wanted four – but life had other plans. So yes, this is amazing but also bittersweet.
"The joys of finding out I’m pregnant and moving forward with my life, while thinking, 'My life could have been so different.' I’ve felt every emotion under the sun.
She added: "I’m still getting my head around it but I’m so excited."
Kelsey noted that she knows that by telling people that she's 'putting herself out there', but insisted that she wanted people to be as 'happy' as she is.
