‘Bridge of Spies’, which is already being tipped for the Oscar race, sees Tom Hanks as Brooklyn lawyer James B Donovan, who is thrust into the world of global politics without warning.
Donovan is asked to defend a United States pilot who is imprisoned in the Soviet Union after his spy plane is shot down amid the Cold War.
‘Bridge of Spies’ opens on October 16 in the US and November 27 in the UK.
