Trainspotting 2 has just moved a step closer

It's one of the sequels we've been looking forward to the most, and now it seems as though Trainspotting 2 will definitely happen.

Ewan McGregor, star of the 1996 original, had gone on record as saying a sequel 20 years on would "make sense". And now director Danny Boyle has confirmed one of the worst-kept secrets around. "All the four main actors want to come back and do it. Now it is only a matter of getting all their schedules together," Boyle told Deadline.
