When presenters Ant and Dec made the announcement on Sunday night, the 23-year-old was nothing short of shocked and overwhelmed - claiming that she didn't even think anyone would like her.
"Is this real?" she asked, before a gushing Ant and Dec proclaimed her a "well-deserved winner".

Indeed, runner-up Jamie Lomas, a Hollyoaks actor, seemed equally eager to applaud his rival's victory, saying that she "truly deserved" the title.
Comedian Iain Lee ended up in third place earlier on in the evening.
Georgia won over numerous fans during the course of the three-week long series - and became a popular figure in the camp also - and she was a firm favourite to claim the Jungle crown according to the bookmakers' most recent odds.
However, when the show kicked off on November 20, the Made In Chelsea star was actually something of an underdog.
Toff - as she's affectionately known to her many fans - was actually the lowest paid-contestant this year, receiving just £13,000 for her stint in the Jungle.
By contrast, Amir Khan picked up an incredible £300,000 for his appearance - the biggest pay-cheque handed out to any participant in the 15-year history of I'm A Celeb.
