We all love superheroes, right?
Well, there’s a new superhero series coming to Netflix thanks to the good folks at DC and it looks like it’s right up our street.
Titans is an all-new 11 episode explosive live-action drama series that follows a group of young soon-to-be caped crusaders recruited from every corner of the DC Universe.
In the series, Dick Grayson emerges from the shadows of Gotham as Robin to become the leader of a fearless band of newbies – this includes Starfire, Raven, Beast Boy and many others – who join forces to fight their inner demons and save the planet from evil.
One scene in the trailer sees Robin take on a group of criminals who think it’s going to be a walk in the park taking down Batman’s sidekick because the Dark Knight’s not around to back him up. Whooping the ass of his foes, Robin steps up in a big way in this dark adaptation of the DC comic books.
Exploring and celebrating one of the most popular comic book teams ever, Titans is a dramatic, live-action adventure series sure to excite DC fans and answer any questions they might have regarding the origins of some of their favourite characters.
Titans stars Brenton Thwaites, Anna Diop, Teagan Croft, Ryan Potter, Minka Kelly and Alan Ritchson.
