Viewers couldn’t cope.

Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schoefield are quite possibly the most popular presenters on morning television right now and regularly provide viewers with hilarious one-liners.

Today included an accidental blunder from Phillip when he referred to Sir Bradley Wiggins as Sir Bradley Walsh.

As fans of popular quiz show, The Chase will know, Bradley Walsh is the presenter while Sir Bradley Wiggins is a former professional road and track racing cyclist.

This segment included the presenters talking to journalist David Walsh and retired Olympic athlete Roger Black about the possibility of exonerating Bradley Wiggins, who has been accused of doping.

However, he accidentally referred to him as Walsh instead of Wiggins although he didn’t notice and carried on as normal.

People watching at home were very quick to pick up on the mishap and quickly took to Twitter to call Phillip out on the mistake.

What people found funny was the fact that Phillip had used the title ‘Sir’ for Bradley Walsh although it wasn’t intentional.

Later on in the show, Phillip adressed the mistake and said that it was a “slip of the tongue”.
