Will Smith says Bad Boys 3 will be released within "12 to 16 months".

The former Fresh Prince, who starred as Miami detective Mike Lowrey in the cop favourite, has revealed the third film in the series is coming soon.

He told Beats 1: "There is a very, very, very strong possibility that you will be seeing a ‘Bad Boys’ within the next 12 to 16 months."

However, the actor failed to reveal any other details on the movie, leaving his exact involvement unclear. It was previously claimed that Will Smith won't star but will take a producer credit.

So we'll have it around the same time England boss Roy Hodgson is replaced with Brendan Rodgers...
