There’ll be no leaving the house with Netflix’s latest TV additions

Paul Moore

Every single Peaky Blinders episode is now available.

The weather might be colder than Inspector Campbell’s heart which is why we’re recommending that everyone stays in and keeps themselves comfortable in front of the TV this afternoon. Make some tea, watch the football and then kick back with a few of these brilliant titles that have just been added to Netflix.

With some of these additions, there will be no need to leave the house…by order of the Peaky Blinders!

Here’s what’s in store:

Peaky Blinders Season 3

The Shelby criminal empire goes international as Tommy gets involved with a very untrustworthy Russian Royal family. Elsewhere, things get even more complicated as a sinister priest named Father Hughes begins to conspire against him.

Watch it because: It’s Peaky Blinders, what else is there to say?

City of God

Two boys growing up in a violent neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro take different paths: one becomes a photographer, the other a drug dealer.

Watch it because: It might just be the most beautiful and accurate depiction of the criminal life from the last 15 years. A modern masterpiece.

Midnight Run

An accountant is chased by bounty hunters, the F.B.I., and the Mafia after jumping bail.

Watch it because:  It’s De Niro’s funniest comedy by a long shot.

The Crown: Season 2

With Britain heading into the swinging 60s, Queen Elizabeth must come to terms with huge changes in society and the public perception of the monarchy.

Watch it because: The first season really hit us like a bolt from the blue. We weren’t expecting it to be that good. Definitely worth watching.

Doctor Who: Season 9

Peter Capaldi stars as the Doctor for the second time running, with Jenna Coleman as his companion. Join them as they grapple with ghosts, Vikings and of course, the Daleks.

Watch it because: What better way to get yourself ready for the Doctor Who Christmas special?
