Spiders? Nah. Snakes? Don't be silly. Gigantic albino gorillas? Apparently not. Questionable movie roles that might ruin his credibility? Definitely not.
Heights? Now you're getting closer.
It's rollercoasters, believe it or not. The Rock is scared of rollercoasters. The Rock won't be seen dead at Drayton Manor hurtling down Apocalypse with his hands in the air screaming like a 1960s Liverpudlian woman at the height of Beatlemania.
I mean there are probably many reasons he won't be visiting Drayton Manor; he hasn't heard of it and probably thinks it's the name of a football team being just two additional factors. But above all else, yeah, it's the rides.
Perhaps showcasing a more considered, sensible side to his larger than life persona, Dwayne Johnson and Dwayne Johnson's ridiculously charming megawatt smile will explain tonight to Graham Norton that it is the straps that are the issue, the safety harnesses that strangle and suffocate his two flaming pectorals each bigger than a normal person's head.

"They freak me out because I feel trapped" he reasons, perhaps forgetting the fact that he likely feels trapped because he is just so fucking large, like he is just genuinely an actual four dimensional being simply not designed to be belted into a flimsy chair and fired around a track at 100 miles per hour.
Regardless, I think that most people will at least have some semblance of understanding for The Rock's concerns over rollercoasters, whereas one of the other guests this evening, Black Panther and Sherlock's Martin Freeman, shockingly admits to being afraid of crisps.
Well, that's not entirely true. Just choking on them. "It’s a completely rational fear – it’s happened a couple of times when I’ve eaten crisps too quickly and its very scary" he explained, perhaps missing the obvious solution to that specific problem, just eating a bit slower, rather than, say, avoiding crisps altogether.
There you have it. More useless movie-star trivia to to replace important dates and birthdays in your brain for you.Explore more on these topics:
