Before going out on a date, Gogglebox star Scarlett Moffatt posted a selfie on Instagram and fans noticed that she has a picture of Ant McPartlin next to her bed. With 1.7 million followers, eagle-eyed fans picked up on the behind the scenes picture of the pair while they were filming Saturday Night Takeaway.
In recent weeks, McPartlin split with his wife of 11 years, Lisa Armstrong, and his rep has blasted any rumours of a relationship with Moffatt as ‘total bullshit.'
After people noticed this bedside picture of Ant, they were quick to gossip but the TV host has quickly shot down any romantic rumours.
After spotting the picture of McPartlin next to Moffat's bed, one Instagram user said: "Busted..... nobody keeps a photo of their coworkers besides their bedside table unless they are more than friendly. His poor wife."
The Gogglebox star instantly replied by saying: "Well I do. Ant and Dec are my heroes x"
Another person added: ‘Why’s she got to justify herself for having a photo of her self with friends at the side of her bed? Have none of you got pictures with your mates? Because I’m pretty sure 99% of you have, leave the poor girl alone.’
Moffatt put an end to any gossiping by settling the issue once and for all on Twitter.
