It's a pretty well known fact that you can't sneak anything past soap viewers. From details about characters not adding up to some glaring errors with electronic devices, you can't get anything by them. Which is why, really, it was only a matter of time until eagle-eyed Coronation Street fans noticed there wasn't something quite right. The episode, which aired at 8.30pm on Friday, saw Mary join some other Weatherfield residents at the Rover's Return. She was standing by the bar around the 7 minute, 45 second mark, as in the picture above. And just a few seconds later (okay, maybe like...30 seconds later), she is seen running through the door of the pub to coo over the baby girl. As far as continuity errors go, it's not the worst.
