Liam Gallagher rules out Oasis reunion; gets a dig in at Noel in the while he’s at it

Don't get your hopes up

“He’s too busy being beige.”

Fans of the band will never stop getting their hopes up, but it seems as if Oasis are never getting back together.

For it to happen, it would require Liam and Noel Gallagher to work together and it would seem as if the pair of them are far more interested in trading barbs in public than making music together again.

On Friday morning, Oasis fans got a little bit excited when Liam tweeted the following message, even more so when former Oasis guitarist Paul ‘Bonehead’ Arthurs replied to it with a fist pump emoji.

That excitement was soon quelled on Friday afternoon, however, when Liam dashed any hopes of a reunion and placed the blame squarely at the feet of his older brother.

Without passing up the opportunity for a dig, of course…

If you thought that was bad, check out his response when Talksport’s Mike Parry rushed to Noel’s defence.

Nope, can’t see that reunion happening anytime soon.
