Helen McCrory, who played Polly in Peaky Blinders and featured in the Harry Potter films, has passed away

As per her husband and fellow actor, Damian Lewis' announcement on social media, it has been confirmed that English star of stage and screen, Helen McCrory, has passed away at the age of 52. Lewis posted the deeply saddening news to his Twitter today, revealing that she had unfortunately lost her "heroic battle with cancer", but that she had passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by "a wave of friends and family". https://twitter.com/lewis_damian/status/1383081853914128388?s=20 She made appearances in the Harry Potter franchise, Skyfall and The Queen, but is undoubtedly best known for playing Polly in BBC's hit show, Peaky Blinders.
