Is it that time already?

It seems like it was just yesterday that we were taking our tent down at Glastonbury and throwing away our empty cans and cheap Tesco barbecues. So this isn't a joke, festival season really is upon us? Okay then. Every year the number of festivals taking place increases and with that means more artists, more options, more decisions to make and more holiday days to take. Having more options is great, of course, but it also means that there's more research to be done. It means that there's more festivals to comb through and more lineups to examine. Then there's the logistics of getting there. Is there a festival closer to where you live? Is there a festival with decent public transport access? Parking? Or how about how much a ticket costs? We've put together a comprehensive list of festivals taking place this year that we hope helps you plan for a summer that you won't forget. The listings are split by England (North, South, East Midlands and London) Scotland, Wales, Ireland and Europe.
