Nick Cannon has welcomed his 9th child two months after his 8th was born

He is also awaiting the birth of his 10th and 11th kids

Nick Cannon made the out-of-the-blue announcement that he had welcomed his ninth child with his tenth and 11th children still on the way.

The 41-year-old surprised fans after posting the news on his social media page to confirmed he had welcomed a child with 40-year-old model LaNisha Cole.

He shared a post of the proud new parents with the bundle of joy - a daughter - with a very long caption which revealed the child's name is Onyx Ice Cole Cannon.

He started by writinf: "Introducing ONYX ICE COLE CANNON… Once again Today I am in Awe of the Devine Feminine! God has given me and @MissLanishaCole the privilege of hosting an Angel here on earth. I vow to protect, provide, guide and love this child to the best of my abilities."

This morning (15 September) LaNisha also shared a glimpse of her newborn, surprising her followers with the fact that Cannon was the father of her newborn. This came months after welcoming eighth child, a baby son named Legendary Love, with 31-year-old model Bre Tiesi, who revealed on Instagram that she had given birth to their first child together on June 28 in an 'all natural unmedicated home birth' - weeks after it was confirmed that Nick is expecting a tenth baby with his former partner Abby De La Rosa, 31, and then eleventh with Brittany Bell, 34. https://www.instagram.com/p/Cig9I2mOXOk/?hl=en

Brittany is already a mother to two of Nick's kids - daughter Powerful, one, and son Golden, five.

Nick already shares 11-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe with ex-wife Mariah Carey; one-year-old twins Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir with De La Rosa; and one-month-old son Legendary Love with Tiesi.

Cannon is also father to a child with Alyssa Scott - son Zen, who died at five months old in December 2021 after being diagnosed with brain cancer.
