Available to watch in just two weeks, this will be a must-see for fans of Succession.
A new trailer has hit the web for Mountainhead, an upcoming movie written and directed by Jesse Armstrong (creator of Peep Show and Succession).
Armstrong’s feature directorial debut and his immediate follow-up to the smash-hit show Succession, Mountainhead is described as a satirical comedy drama.
It revolves around a group of billionaire friends (played by Cory Michael Smith, Jason Schwartzman, Ramy Youssef and Steve Carell) who gather for a weekend in a secluded luxurious mountainside mansion.
While there, however, an international crisis breaks out, for which one of the group’s social media companies may be to blame.
The speed of Mountainhead’s development is incredibly impressive.
The film was first announced in January 2025. It was then filmed in March and April and will already be available to watch on Sunday, 1 June via Sky and streaming service NOW.
And for those missing Succession since it finished its four-season run, Mountainhead should help fill the void based on its new trailer.
