However, it might surprise many to know that the sheer illusion Thierry Mugler outfit - designed by Casey Cadwallader - was effectively picked by her beau, Machine Gun Kelly. The rapper turned pop-punk star won the award for Best Alternative Video on the night and got involved in a bit of scrap with Conor McGregor shortly afterwards. Fox also appeared at last night's Met Gala in New York, where she switched up her look to a long red dress by Dundas.
